PREORDER ITEMS
Please consider carefully before purchasing pre-order items as these items can't be cancelled as they are made to order. Once you receive your item, if you are unhappy for any reason we can arrange an exchange and if in the unlikely event it is faulty, we will provide a refund.
Please check the product descriptions regarding whether items are pre-order items or in stock. Refer to the estimated shipping time in the product description for when orders are expected to be shipped.
If your order contains Pre-order items as well as in stock items, all items will be held until the pre-order items come into stock. If you would like other in stock items shipped separately, please make a separate order for those items.
SHIPPING
Please Note: Shipping prices are inclusive of all packaging & handling costs associated with your parcel, which are quite extensive.
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible but due to COVID-19 shipping delays and a high volume of orders, please allow extra time to receive your order.
Once your item has been shipped, we have no control over when it gets to you so queries about late parcels etc. are best directed to the shipping company itself. However, if you need help with this, as with all things, don't hesitate to reach out.
TURN-AROUND TIME
We will do what we can to get orders out as quickly as possible but we allow ourselves a turnaround time of up to 7-10 days simply due to the high volume of orders. 10 days is unusual for in stock items, the maximum is usually 7 days and the average is usually 1-2 days but we just like to be transparent that it may take longer. If you need something urgently, please get in touch and we'll do everything we can to get it to you as quickly as possible.
Please allow extra time both due to covid 19 related shipping delays, the high volume of orders and the fact that we are a small family business just starting out. Please be assured we will do everything we possibly can to get your orders out to you quickly and beautifully packaged.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Yes! We do ship internationally! A shipping option should show up for you automatically. If you have any trouble or if a shipping option does not pop up automatically for you, you will need to send me a screenshot of your order so I am able to quote the postage. The shipping fee will be paid via PayPal.
SIZING
In general, sizing should be true to size but many of our items are designed to look best oversized so if you are questioning sizes, we'd say it's always safe to either go with your regular size or if anything go up one size, rather than down.
We are in the process of adding exact measurements to our website but if you would like clarification on measurements ASAP, feel free to email or get in touch via instagram.
RETURNS
We do not offer returns for change of mind so please be sure to choose carefully. As always though, we are here to help so please email us to discuss options, if sizing is wrong and stock is available we are able to offer exchanges. If your item is deemed faulty, please contact us immediately, send us an image and we will refund or replace the item. The term faulty does not refer to small reasonable imperfections expected from handmade pieces such as minor differences in colour, texture, etc.
